SIGGRAPH 1993: Special Interest Groups
Overview:
Special interest groups are organized around particular products, topics, or problems. They are excellent forums for SIGGRAPH 93 attendees who share common interests and concerns to get to know each other and exchange ideas. Special interest group meetings are usually informal and are open to all attendees. At some, general subjects are discussed; others convene around topics related to specific product vendors. During the conference, the list of special interest groups grows larger and larger as attendees take advantage of the birds-of-a-feather program?an opportunity to call meetings that focus on last-minute ideas.
